My family recently used Max Perram's Funeral Service to manage the funeral service for my late Mother-in-Law, Josephine Scott. Our funeral director was Dan Godbee who provided excellent service and assisted us with all the details so we could give Josephine the wonderful service she deserved. Steven was a wonderful arranger for our father's funeral. He was well mannered, did not rush us & gave us a few options for a burial in Catholic Cemeteries including finding a delightful celebrant. He helped us far beyond the simple funeral process as we had a few challenges including sorting out a grave transfer.
He always returned calls & emails promptly.
Finally, the Media support team that produced our booklet and photo slide reel were quick, professional & did a final check to ensure no errors before printing.

From the first phone call Vanessa was always available to talk to me, answer questions, and was a calming influence to me when my emotions were running high.

Nothing was a problem. She co-ordinated everything from start to finish with professionalism and care. She even called and booked another venue for our wake when the first venue fell through she also secured us the hearse and mourning car that bore mum's initials on the number plate.

Everyone did a fantastic job from Lynette doing the printing through to Taylor our fantastic driver for the day.

It was these little touches that made such a sad day into beautiful memorable one.
