Funeral Arranging Team

Funeral Arranger

 Prior to joining Max Perram’s Funeral Service, Steven was an Accounts Manager in Aged Care he has joined our team as a Funeral Arranger. Steven prides himself on giving the best service to our families from his first meeting to the last. A keen traveler, Steven and his partner enjoy exploring the many countries of Europe with one of his favourite places being Castel Bolognese in Italy.  He also has a love of little furry friends and he is hoping to add a new addition to his family in the near future.

Funeral Arranger

Has been a constant face at Max Perram’s for over thirty years. She was a childhood friend of the Perram family. Senya has seen many changes in the Funeral Industry throughout her years here, but what hasn’t changed is Senya’s commitment, compassion and desire to help and guide families through the emotional process of arranging a dignified yet personal Funeral Service for their loved one . When not meeting with families and assisting other staff members in the day to day running of Max Perram’s, Senya enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grand-children and fur babies, Mia and Ty. She is also an exceptional cook.

Funeral Arranger

Is a new member of the Max Perram’s team, he has transferred to us from one of our sister companies. He has a Bachelors Degree in Music. Steve is able to operate any sound system at any Chapel or Church with ease. A calm and caring gentleman, Steve found himself joining the Funeral Industry to assist people as they process one of the most difficult times one can face. When not at work he enjoys playing guitar in his band.

Support Team

Funeral Director

Craig was employed by Mr Perram in 2005 and has been a Funeral Director at Max Perram’s ever since.  Craig’s caring nature, understanding and knowledge of the funeral industry is second to none.  A whiz with computers and all things technical, Craig will usually be found running the music and slideshows at our services and more often than not driving our hearses.   
A big fan of vinyl records, it’s not unusual to see Craig scurrying away with a newly delivered package containing a record of Elvis, AC/DC or JImmy Barnes.

Funeral Director

Michael has been a Funeral Director at Max Perram’s since 2014.  Previously Michael worked as a Retail Manager before joining our team.  Michael believes that all families deserve to be treated with respect, care and compassion whilst dealing with the loss and grief of losing a loved one.  He always provides support and assistance in these difficult times to all.

Assistant Manager

Charlotte joined the Max Perram team in 2015.  Prior to joining our team she was in the hospitality industry.  Her level of service, compassion and desire for excellence has seen her rise through the ranks to become our Assistant Manager.  Charlotte is diligent, compassionate and has empathy and these are the qualities that make her a superb Funeral Arranger.  No detail is overlooked.  When not working hard at Max Perram’s Funeral Service, she enjoys spending time reading.  She also enjoys playing with her indoor soccer team named ‘The Bench Warmers’.


Sandy has over 20 years of funeral experience having worked in New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand where she moved to study at the Wellington Institute of Technology and Funeral Service Program before moving back to Australia just over 15 years ago.  Sandy has worked and is experienced in all aspects of the funeral industry. As the Manager of Max Perram’s Funeral Service, where she has been working since 2010.  Sandy prides herself in her commitment to the funeral industry as a career and understands and appreciates the trust the families put in herself and the staff at Max Perram’s when it comes to caring for their loved ones.  Sandy and her husband have five adult children, three cats and two snakes which keep them busy outside of work hours.
